Waldner’s employees come from different backgrounds bringing unique talents, diversity of thought, and a variety of cultural perspectives along with them. The intention behind this series is for you to get to know the talented, motivated and engaged Waldner’s employees on a more personal level.
Today is the seventh edition of our “Employee Spotlight” Series featuring Design Director, Nicole Hall! We asked her a series of fun questions in a Q&A format, read below!
“What are 3 words you would use to describe yourself?”
Empathetic, Optimistic, Fun
“What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?”
I love spending time with my kids, being outside, watching hockey (Go Isles!) shopping and going out to eat!
“What is something you can’t live without?”
Family! But especially my two girls Hayley and Hannah… And sometimes their dad haha!
“What do most people not now about you?”
I seem to have it together at work but at home I am extremely indecisive, a little bit messy, the pushover parent and also a bit of a perfectionist. All very conflicting qualities!
“What gets you up in the morning?”
Aside from my kids getting me up each morning and the coffee keeping me awake… I would say I am motivated to be a great role model to my girls. Showing them that I can excel at work and be 100% present for them at home.
