Waldner’s employees come from different backgrounds bringing unique talents, diversity of thought, and a variety of cultural perspectives along with them. The intention behind this series is for you to get to know the talented, motivated and engaged Waldner’s employees on a more personal level.
Today is the sixth edition of our “Employee Spotlight” Series featuring, Sales Executive, Matt Poveromo! We asked him a series of fun questions in a Q&A format, read below!
“What are 3 words you would use to describe yourself?”
Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Humorous
“What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?”
I enjoy the outdoors, working around the yard, taking short hikes and I also love to bike ride (believe it or not)!
“What is something you can’t live without?”
My family of course, my wonderful wife, Karen, of 34 years and my children Alexa, Matt and Johnny.
“What do most people not now about you?”
I have 8 brothers and sisters – my two older brothers are twins, and my two younger brothers are twins – I am not a twin (they broke the mold).
“What gets you up in the morning?”
Every day I am motivated to have a positive and productive day, to influence whomever I am engaged with in a positive manner, whether it’s a co-worker, client, person I just met, friend or family member. I try to be positive, make them smile or laugh and just have a positive exchange. Each morning I am especially motivated to reach out to my 3 kids and check in with them and make sure their day is going OK (being that they are all out of the house and doing their own thing.) I always try to check in with them each and every day.
