Today is the eighth edition of our “Employee Spotlight” Series featuring Director of Operations, Joe Pepi! We asked him a series of fun questions in a Q&A format, read below!
“What are 3 words you would use to describe yourself?”
Adventurous, Extrovert, and Gregarious
“What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?”
I love spending time outdoors, hiking, gym/fitness, culinary, and traveling.
“What is something you can’t live without?”
Oxygen….haha😂 And my wife, my two daughters, gym, the outdoors & probably ice cream!
“What do most people not now about you?”
I can’t think of anything, I’m an open book!
“What gets you up in the morning?”
My alarm clock at 4 AM to get to the gym, or a crying child, whichever happens first.
